Daniel N. Duncan
Founder Austin Logistics
A seasoned executive in the credit and collection industry, Daniel Duncan brings nearly twenty years of experience to his role as founder of Austin Logistics. Dan was the driving force positioning the company as a leader in the collections and credit-related analytic decisioning market. After founding Austin Logistics in 1992, Dan also founded and served as CEO of Advanced Call Center Technologies, where he successfully raised start-up capital for this receivable management company and expanded the business to over $15 million in revenue before its sale a few years after inception. Prior to these entrepreneurial endeavors, Dan served as Vice President of Credit Risk Management at Chase Manhattan Bank where he was instrumental in increasing Chase's credit card portfolio to the second largest in the industry. He has also held leadership and executive positions at Household Card Services and Citicorp Credit Services where he managed multi-million dollar vendor relationships, credit policy, back office operations, and direct marketing programs.
Dan holds a bachelors degree in economics from Columbia University.
