Austin Logistics Names Chip Harmon as Head of Sales and Marketing

Industry Veteran Brings History of Success with both Analytic and Technology Companies

Austin, TX - November 16, 2006 - Austin Logistics Inc., the leader in providing predictive analytic solutions for real time decision-making, today announced the appointment of Chip Harmon as senior vice president, Sales and Marketing. An accomplished industry veteran, Harmon's 30 year career in the software industry is marked by a proven track record of achievement across management, business development, sales management, leadership and sales.

Harmon comes to Austin Logistics from Pervasive Software where he was a member of their executive team. As General Manager for their Integration Products division, Harmon turned the Division into a profitable business, while successfully growing new revenue streams. Before joining Pervasive, Harmon led North American sales for Hyperion Solutions, a large business intelligence solution provider. In addition, he has held positions at Ingres Corporation and Cognos Corporation, as well as at several other well-known companies.

Harmon is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration.
