Beyond Adaptive Control, Behavior Scores, and Segmentation
Until now, behavior scores and a few decision keys have been used to segment customers and rules-based strategies used to determine segment level treatments. While behavior scores help to evaluate the level of risk for each customer, they give a one-dimensional view and cannot determine which account level action or treatment will produce optimal results.
