Beyond Adaptive Control, Behavior Scores, and Segmentation

Until now, behavior scores and a few decision keys have been used to segment customers and rules-based strategies used to determine segment level treatments. While behavior scores help to evaluate the level of risk for each customer, they give a one-dimensional view and cannot determine which account level action or treatment will produce optimal results. In addition rules based strategies are difficult to change and less effective in today's highly competitive, quickly changing environment.
